The addition of Dr. Cook is a strategic hire for DCI, reinforcing their commitment to being a one-stop-shop for their Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunity Analysis clients and expanding their ability to help organizations in wage and hour disputes.
In this new role, Dr. Cook will provide consulting services and expert testimony on matters of advanced economic and statistical techniques. Dr. Cook is a labor economist with over 15 years of experience in quantitative methods, statistical studies, survey methodology and econometric modelling. Prior to joining DCI, Dr. Cook held senior positions in various companies where he led collective employment consulting audits and class action lawsuits focusing on the development and analysis of complex statistical models. Dr. Cook’s work includes expert work testimony in United States District Courts in California and Texasthe Superior Court of state of californiathe human rights office of Marylandand the State Court of Texas.
