The School of Economics, Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya, along with the Office of MSME Development and Facilitation, GOI, Ministry of MSMEs are organizing a five-day program on management development from August 2-6. The Management Development Program is conducted at the campus School of Economics.
About 30 registered exporters, entrepreneurs and start-ups participate in the management development program. Eminent personalities are going to attend the program from different parts of the state i.e. Indore, Sagar, Jabalpur, Bhopal, Mandsaur, Jhabua, Satna among others.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Renu Jain, said the MSME sector can further boost the pride of the nation. The head of the department, Kanhaiya Ahuja, highlighted the role of industry-university interactions. Pramod Dafaria, President of the Association of Industries, said the growth of MSMEs is key to economic development.
RK Meena, Area Head, UCO Bank highlighted the role of banks in growing the MSME sector. GK Mishra, the main guest, raised the issue of financial resources in his address.
